I work in a human services organization and have a client who, after 30 years in the US, would like to return home to his family in Laos.  It is vital that he have regular access to a doctor and pharmacy, as he requires medication to treat psychiatric disorders, diabetes, and hypertension.  I apologize for my ignorance, but is there reliable and easily accessible health care in Khammouane that would be able to take care of his needs?
