Hi there, when I book a flight I would normally fly to Laos through Thailand - that's just the way the airlines wind up arranging flights. But is there a reason why it's always Thailand I fly through versus say China or Vietnam or another country? Is it just that the Bangkok airport is a larger international airport or something? Just curious!
