From "Personal Journeys - In Laos and Vietnam": http://travel.nytimes.com/2009/04/19/travel/19personal.html?ref=global-home.

Southern Laos, particularly Wat Phu and Khone Waterfalls, are mentioned. These are incredible destinations to visit in Laos!

The Bolovens Plateau is also mentioned, a place rich with coffee plantations and amazing waterfalls.

Has anyone been to the Bolovens Plateau?

I'm going to Laos September 23 to see my wife.  Maybe we can go to this spectacular place!  I've already sent her some photos of the Bolovens Plateau.  She lives in Vientiane so I will see how many hours it is to Pakse.
