Hi,

I am planning to go to Thailand and Laos this summer. What is the cheapest way to get to Vientiane from Bangkok?

Hi Toronto, Traveling by train is very cheap. From Bangkok to Nongkhai by train (sleeping class) is around $20-30. It is 12hr ride. From Nongkhai to Vientiane, Laos is about 45mn bus ride. Have a great trip! Admin
